摘要
Army Enterprise XXI is the Army's overall plan for building the networking infrastructure that supports the Army's digitization efforts. Digitizing the Army is a software intensive project. Increasingly, we see requirements engineering as a critically emerging subspecialty. Thorough requirement development supports an aggressive simulation-based acquisition strategy within the framework of a spiral development paradigm.
