Today's highway manager and citizen are navigating the ever-increasing amount of sensor data available from a wide variety of in-situ and dynamic environmental sensors. However, it's hard to share, interoperate and fuse those heterogeneous data from different fields, and it's even hard to linked spaces together as a whole. The main reason is that not we inadequate of data or processing, but the mechanism we can aggregate and cooperate the resources seamless. Aiming to solve the question, we propose a SOA (Service Oriented Architecture) based services framework for networked highway. This framework first extends annotation of service, regarding sensor resources, data resources, and processing resources as services.
