摘要
A new type of NOx sensor, combining with thick LSM95 ((La0.8Sr0.2)(0.95)MnO3) reference electrode, thin 8YSZ (8 %mol Y2O3-doped ZrO2) electrolyte, and thin LSM95 sensing electrode, is prepared by tape casting, lamination, and co-firing. Comparison of sensitivity and selectivity of sensors sintered at various temperatures; the results indicate that the sensor sintered at 1225 A degrees C exhibits a desirable sensitivity (40.71 mV/decade) and excellent selectivity. Besides, high resistances to water vapor, oxygen, and carbon dioxide of sensor response are discovered. The characteristics of X-ray diffraction (XRD), scanning electron microscopy (SEM), and pore size distribution reveal that the co-firing temperature of LSM95 and 8YSZ plays a significant role on sensing performance.
