摘要
Conditions of the (1-x)BaTiO3-xNa(0.5)Bi(0.5)TiO(3) solid solutions formation (0 <= x <= 0.3) with effect of positive temperature coefficient of resistance (PTCR) are studied. Solid solutions were prepared using previously synthesized BaTiO3 with using solid-state reactions and oxalate co-precipitation methods. Sintering of samples was carried out in N-2/H-2 reducing atmosphere within the temperature range 1100-1240 degrees C with subsequent oxidation on air at 700 degrees C. The influence of synthesis and sintering conditions on the electrical properties of solid solutions is revealed.
