摘要
The paper presents a model of a wheel-walking robot, which is to overcome doorsteps and staircase and is to operate in a nuclear power station. The study combines the capabilities of a fast-moving wheel mobile robot with these of a highly roadable walking robot, perfectly mobile within an unknown terrain. An approach to the determination of a mobile robot dynamic stability against overturn is proposed. Good agreement between theory and experiment is obtained.
