摘要
Contemporaries living in an era of the fourth industrial revolution use the Internet to search new information. Web openness means that users can access and use the information that is open to the web without restriction and the transparency and openness of the information is improved by freely disclosing and sharing information. This paper diagnoses the web openness of the website of the Korean government and that of the U.S. government. Through this analysis, it was diagnosed whether web openness was being observed in both cases and factors that undermine web openness were identified to suggest measures to improve web openness.
