摘要
Physical and mathematical models of double-ceramic-layer thermal barrier coatings have been established with theory of heat transfer. Radiation transmission including interfaces reflection is equivalent to heat generation rate. Thermal insulation of double-ceramic-layer thermal barrier coatings at 2000 K has been investigated with finite element method. The results show that when double-ceramic-layer is translucent and extinction coefficient is very small, thermal insulation first increases and keeps no change even decreases a little. Temperature of upper side of top ceramic increases but decreases for second ceramic layer almost linearly as a function of thickness of top ceramic layer. Temperature of upper side of bonding layer first decreases and keeps no change but even increases a little.
