摘要
Aimed at the shortcomings of the traditional hydraulic power system, such as structure is bulky, efficient and control accuracy are lower. A new pump was designed, which combined with permanent magnet synchronous motor (PMSM) and three-screw pump with compact structure, high efficiency, accurate and convenient control. The load magnetic field and the unload magnetic field of the PMSM were analyzed with ANSOFT. The strength and stiffness of the slave and master screw and the modal of the overall structure were analyzed with ANSYS.
