With the higher education international cooperation and exchanges, a series has been approved by the national quality assurance standards to regulate the process of higher education. This article adopts the idea of ISO9000 quality management system standard, combined with the feature of higher education management, to colleges and universities teaching and research section of the quality management as the breakthrough point. This paper expounds the construction of ISO9000 quality management system in the process of teaching and research section management mode method and based on the standards of teaching and research section management documented procedures, by building in line with the ISO9000 quality management system of teaching and research section management pattern, thus to build ISO9000 quality management system in colleges and universities to provide a certain reference function.
