摘要
This paper studies the design of GIS-based anti-seismic and disaster-prevention assistant analysis system for lifeline accordance with GIS developing process. This paper discusses the design process of GIS-based anti-seismic and disaster-prevention assistant analysis system for lifeline, ascertains the design principle of the system, and accordingly puts forward a complete general design thought.
