摘要
Thin film capacitors with M-CoPc/Pani-M sandwich structure were fabricated. X-ray diffractogram indicates the mixed state of polycrystalline and amorphous structure of the film whose thicknesses were measured by capacitance and weighing methods. Dielectric and AC conduction properties of the capacitors were studied in the frequency range 10 kHz-10 MHz at various temperatures (303-443 K), High field conduction studies also were carried out and the results were discussed.
