摘要
e increasing information provided by scientists about climate change is aimed at both empowering the population and making it accountable, thereby encouraging the public to take action. According to this article, this process is not necessarily appropriate for the United States. The authors' survey found that the better informed the subjects, and the greater their trust in science, the lower their level of concern and their personal involvement.
