摘要：

Amyloidosis is a systemic disease caused by the deposition of misfolded proteins and can cause very different symptoms, depending on the organ involved. This article shows which findings and symptom complexes should suggest amyloidosis and how the correct diagnosis can be made. Causal therapy options as well as special features of heart failure therapy in this patient population are discussed.
