摘要
This paper studies the poverty alleviation effect of inclusive finance development and Internet popularization and the research target is the coastal regions of North China. The coastal regions of North China (Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region) is the most economically dynamic region in China. However, the gap in economic development level between cities in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region is large, and there is a representative and typical phenomenon that highly-developed globalized cities coexist with "Poverty Belt around the Capital City". Therefore, based on the data of 13 major cities in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region from 2008 to 2018, this paper builds an index system from the two dimensions of the availability and use of inclusive financial services, and measures the development level of inclusive finance by calculating the Inclusive Financial Index(IFI), then comparatively analyzes the poverty alleviation of inclusive finance in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region under the environment of Internet popularization by using the common measurement model and spatial econometric model.
