摘要
Corporate social responsibility (CSR) is gaining popularity. It's a competitive advantage since it helps firms achieve excellent performance. A macro-level study has shown CSR's impact on financial success. Individual ideas on CSR affect workplace attitudes and activities, especially affective commitment. Current corporate trends favour CSR. Employees are a company's greatest asset. CSO drills affect worker performance. The review examines what CSR implies for worker inspiration, job satisfaction, and hierarchical responsibility in an Indian corporation. This qualitative evaluation uses the t-test and analysis of variance (ANOVA) in SPSS to get exact results. The framework encompasses CSR and job satisfaction. This study employed QI sampling. During the study, 100 questionnaires were handed out to working professionals in Delhi NCR. Employee views of CSR and employee results are linked, according to a study. According to the study, hierarchical equity affects CSR and employee results. The proposed work studies CSR's impact on consumer satisfaction, social and non-social stakeholders, and worker commitment.
