摘要
By analyzing the current file management system; this paper presents a set of file management system solution based on IOT (Internet of Things) technology. By using IOT technologies such as RFID and ZIGBEE, this paper explains main function and logical architecture of intelligent file management system and key technology of it. Intelligent files management system based on RFID technology can quickly inventory archive, and through intelligent means can perceive the state of archives. By scientific statistics, the system can quickly calculate the state of archives, which is an important data for the file management system.
