摘要
The backbone and side chain resonance assignments of the Tyrosine Phosphatase related to Biofilm formation A (TpbA) of Pseudomonas aeruginosa have been determined based on triple-resonance experiments using uniformly [C-13,N-15]-labeled protein. This assignment is the first step towards the determination of the 3-dimensional structure of TpbA.
