摘要
A theory of electrical breakdown in barrier anodic films in contact with an electrolyte which is based on first principles and is capable to consistently explain all empirical relations is developed. The corresponding empirical coefficients are expressed in terms of the microscopic parameters. (C) 2020 Elsevier Ltd. All rights reserved.
