Several Issues Affecting and Restricting the Further Development of Chinese Electric Commerce at Present

At present, the main problems influencing and restricting the further development of Chinese electronic commerce (e-commerce) are highly focused on the doubts about online transactions due to "credit deficiency", logistic distribution lagging, the unsmooth circulation of merchandise, and the low application level of enterprise computer, the lack of high-quality network talents, and imperfect regulation and system related to e-commerce. Chinese e-commerce must establish a long-effect credit mechanism, accelerate the construction of logistic distribution system, build an effective social logistics distribution system, speed up generalization of e-commerce knowledge, strengthen cultivation of E-commerce talents, and perfect e-commerce law system, being geared to international standards.
