摘要：

The system analysis technique is used to ensure a software quality. However, the conventional approach cannot depict the user's memory load in the process of design. This research will use the user's memory load to verify the degree of satisfaction in software design. An information flow analysis model (IFAM) is proposed for analyzing the memory load. The IFAM is validated by building an qualitative analysis software which requests heavier mental works but has simple software architecture.
