摘要：

The concept and relationship of fire automation alarm system and intelligent building are summary in this paper. The reasons of the fire automation alarm system performance-based design are what can meet the diversity requirements of intelligent building, meet the scientific and security requirements of intelligent building, and adapt to the growing requirements of intelligent building. The methods of the fire automation alarm system performance-based design are elaborated at last.
