摘要
This paper conducts a review of the literature to identify key practice indicators of team integration in construction projects. The review identified six key practice indicators which are considered vital to team integration within construction projects. These indicators can be used in setting a benchmark for measuring team integration practice in construction projects and hence enhance a team's competitiveness and effectiveness.
