摘要
Earthquake disaster information acquisition and management are the foundation and key for earthquake emergency. This study discusses spatio-temporal GIS based earthquake disaster information modeling method and application. The collection process of the disaster information is analyzed and the scalable modeling time granularity is designed. The conceptual model of the disaster information spatio-temporal modeling is presented. And an improved model of base state with amendments is put forward and used to realize the conceptual model, which has multi-historical and spatial parallel divided base states. The earthquake disaster information spatio-temporal query algorithm is described, which is divided into time point based spatio-temporal query algorithm and time period based spatio-temporal query algorithm. Finally, the Changzhou earthquake disaster information quickly reporting system is developed by using Changzhou basic geographic information. The system has achieved good results in a real earthquake emergency drill and has been one of the key daily used business systems in Changzhou seismological bureau.
