The Synthesis of Functional Amphiphilic Polymer and the Cell Apoptosis Effect Of Targeting Drug-Loaded Nanoparticles

摘要
Solution polymerization and amidation reaction were used to synthesize the targeting comb-type amphiphilic polymer drug carrier, poly (stearyl methacrylate-co-methylacrylic acid)- polyethylene glycol amine-urokinase (PSM-PEG-uk). Through the phase transfer process, the amphiphilic polymer was used to encapsulate the anti-cancer drug, Doxorubicin (DOX) to get the stable targeting sustained-release system (PSM-PSM-uk@DOX). The In vitro fluorescent microscopy results showed that PSM-PSM-uk@DOX was with outstanding sustained-release function and the DOX was internalized into cells with bright fluorescence, which resulted in obvious cell apoptosis effect.
