摘要
ZnO nanostructures were synthesized through a one-step solvothermal approach using zinc acetylacetonate as a precursor. The ZnO nanorods and nanorod bundles with different sizes were obtained at the temperatures ranging from 60 to 180 degrees C. The gas sensing measurements for the ZnO nanostructures show that the ZnO nanorods synthesized at 120 and 160 degrees C exhibit better H2S sensing performances. The sensor responses of the ZnO nanorods can be up to 115 and 122 to 100 ppm H2S gas at a low operating temperature of 135 degrees C, respectively. Thus, the ZnO nanorods are very promising for gas sensors with good sensing characteristics.
