摘要
This article investigate the structural form and process of college textbook supply chain in detail, and find out the matters of college textbook inventory under the Supply Chain Management on the base of Supply Chain Management, inventory control, inventory optimization and Economic batch theory According to that problem, this article put forward a college teaching material inventory optimization model based on Fixed Order Quantity and fixed kickback rate, which is compared with the supply of university teaching characteristics and economic batch basic model, and to optimize inventory strategy, put forward a tentative plan of build an university teaching information sharing platform. The inventory of university textbooks should be controlled strictly under a reasonable level, unreasonable teaching material inventory will occupy a lot of school fund, also will cause to a certain extent to the development of the school. According to the matters on college teaching material management, this article develop "an optimization discusses of college teaching material inventory based on supply chain management", in order to straighten out the corresponding relationship between teaching material supply and each management link, this article explore from the point of view of supply chain management, according to the concrete characteristics of teaching material, by means of optimization design, to effective realization of university teaching zero inventory
