摘要：

It is a crucial issue for the small and mediate-sized enterprises (SMEs) and even the government as well how the SMEs improve independent innovation ability taking account of their particular situations. With reference to the factors and the indexes of the independent innovation, this paper analyzes the status quo and characters of China SMEs' independent innovation.
