摘要
That work makes a doctrinal and jurisprudential analysis about the adecuate environmental assessment that, according to the Habitats Directive and the Spanish Law, must be carried out on any project or plan that has or may have effects on Natura 2000 Network. Although it ' s a different environmental assessment, the procedure is analysed jointly with the environmental impact assessment of projects or plans and programmes.
