摘要：

In order to predict more accurately E-commerce enterprises soft operating costs, this paper establishes the forecasting model basing on exponential smoothing technique, finds out the optimal smoothing constant by use of Excel programming solution tool, attains the prediction value through two times smoothing analysis, and provides persuasive evidence for E-commerce enterprises to control costs.
