摘要
This article presents some findings of the E-Learning Manager [ELM] Project regarding the technology skills an e-learning manager should possess in order to achieve his/her mission. An online questionnaire was presented to learning specialists from several European. The results of the study showed that learning professionals consider that accreditation would be of interest to individuals currently involved, or interested in the e-learning profession. Also, the elements of the skill set were validated and used as a base for course content development purposes.
