摘要
A self-referenced heterodyne method is proposed and demonstrated jor frequency response measurement of high-speed electro-optic phase modulators (PMs), which avoids the need for correcting the responsivity fluctuation of the assistant photodetector and extends double measuring frequency range through setting a specific frequency relationship of two driving electrical signals.
