摘要
Despite all efforts, many teaching projects fail and result in teaching that do not meet students' expectations. Teachers need a set of practical tools and methods that ensure a better Understanding of students' needs and requirements to enhance communication and increase the learning satisfaction of students. This study begins with Kano's two-dimensional model, which has been shown to be very effective to understand customers' requirements by many previous studies, to explore students' stated needs and unstated desires. The participants consist of 152 college students from two departments and three different education systems: college, junior college, and college for continuing education. The PROJECT course is selected to investigate the students' requirements. The results are then interpreted, evaluated, and ranked. Results from this study show that requirements and expectations are different between classes and education systems.
