摘要：
In this paper, highlights of key note speech given by author at 3rd ACM ICCES in Istanbul are presented. It is based on author's research on open systems, interoperability issues and solutions research since 1990s and on long lasting international cooperation in examining the blend of social computing with business processes, social machines and smart cities.
