Hotel internship is an important practical link of undergraduate students majoring in tourism management, and it is also one of the objectives of tourism management education in universities and colleges to promote employment through internship. In the process of cultivating professional tourism management talents of tourism universities and colleges, some problems also exist in hotel industry such as shortage of talents, low entity and so on. Therefore, this paper mainly makes an analysis of the influence of internship on employment tendency of undergraduate students majoring in tourism management. The first part of this paper gives a brief introduction of the whole paper. The second part of this paper discusses related studies of hotel internship and tourism employment. The third part of this paper makes an analysis of the importance of hotel internship on employment of undergraduate students majoring in tourism management and present situation of employment choices of undergraduate tourism students. The fourth part of this paper makes an analysis of influencing factors of hotel internship on employment tendencies of undergraduate students majoring in tourism management including salaries, management systems as well as hotel cultures. The last part of this paper proposes some countermeasures of promoting employment of undergraduate students majoring in tourism management, and a general conclusion is given to the whole paper.
