摘要
There is a whole literature about leadership styles of school principals. What is the best leadership style of the principals for a school to become good? What kind of influence of the principal leadership style is made to the teacher's activity or to the student's outcomes? Research that we propose is qualitative and quantitative. It is interesting to find out if in the schools from Romania there is a link between leadership style of the principal and the schools efficiency measured through students outcomes.
