摘要：

International implementation of construction project is "Owner Recognition". Current project management theory and method can't accordance with the need of practice in project. Contemporary Integrated Manufacture System (CIMS) is the latest development of manufacture industry theories,which promotes the development of China manufacture industry and strengthens the competency of China enterprises in international market. Lean construction, based on the theory of manufacture and lean principle, is a model to reengineer the management process of construction project, and deliver the project with least resources in the shortest period. With the lean construction spirit accepted by all the parties during the execution of the project, and the spread of CIMS and other advance technology for construction project management,the management idea of all the parties will be promoted on the whole.
