摘要
The research is aimed to improve the methodology of regional development management by designing of problem-oriented decision support systems. The article deals with the problem of managing regional socio-economic systems from the perspective of critical infrastructures resilience. The authors propose a formalized conceptual description of the research task and the subject area being studied, as well as the developed means of information and analytical management support. The conceptual model makes it possible to ensure the interoperability of knowledge representation about the object of research by fixing the most significant components of the regional development system and the relations between them.
