摘要：
Specific immunotherapy is effective for the treatment of allergic rhinitis and stable asthma. It reduces symptom scores and drug needs and has a preventive effect by alterning the natural history of the allergic disease as long as strict rules of prescription are followed and allergen vaccines are of high quality.
