摘要
According to the investigation and study of this project, there are consistency and differences in undergraduates and teachers' cognition on Micro-lecture. The micro-lecture of universities and colleges is still positioned more from the view of teachers, neglecting the experiences and viewpoints of students who are the main audience of this class. On the one hand, undergraduates' current cognition to micro-lecture can match with the undergraduates' positive expectation to micro-lecture only by way of positive construction and advocate of universities and teachers, forming virtuous circle. On the other hand, university organizers should accelerate to set up training system and motivation mechanism, to help university teachers to overcome the obstacles and sluggishness in micro-lecture making and using, activating the intrinsic motivation of higher education.
