Research on Campus Emergency Management

Campus emergency management must first have a sense of crisis, there must be "prescient." According to international experience, emergency pre-warning system to prevent content is to take proactive measures to pre-reduce the probability of occurrence of unexpected events and to reduce potential hazards. Contemporary emergency management practice has proved that with the increasing expansion of the dangers of emergencies, the prevention of forecast and pre-warning has become the top priority of emergency management, more and more countries invest a lot of manpower, material and financial resources for emergencies prevention of pre-warning, and strive to precautionary. This study proposed that campus emergency management should focus on the following four areas: enhancing emergency education, strengthening the emergency response training and drills, establishing a sound emergency management organization system, developing clear responsibilities to emergency response plans.
