摘要
This paper summarizes Dr. Shengming Ma's major research achievement since 1997, which includes: (1) the cyclization reaction of functionalized allenes, such as 1,2-allenyl carboxylic acids, amides, ketones, 2,3allenyl alcohols or 2-(2',3'-allenyl)malonates providing new entries for the efficient synthesis of heterocycles and carbocycles; (2) monolithiation of 1-aryl-1-alkynes under the catalysis of 1.5 mol% HgCl2, and the subsequent tunable regioselective coupling reaction with organic halides; (3) bicyclic carbopalladation of 1, 1-dibromo-1-alkenes providing a new and efficient entry for the construction of fused bicycles.
