摘要：

This research paper makes an in-depth study of the significance of the effective public participation mechanism of the current large public construction projects in China through the comparative analysis of the public participation mechanism of the large public construction projects at home and abroad and delves into the effective approach of perfecting the public participation mechanism of the large public construction projects under the new situations on the basis of giving equal attention to "public satisfaction" and "public decision-making efficiency" so as to vigorously bring the decision-making mechanism of the large public construction projects into more rational and scientific development course.
