摘要
Slight amounts of Rhenium (Re) were added into the Fe-25Mn-6Si-5Cr shape memory alloy. The crystal structure, shape memory effect and thermo-mechanical training of these alloys were investigated. Experimental results show that both epsilon martensite and gamma austenite coexist at room temperature for the Fe-25Mn-6Si-5Cr-Re alloys. The Fe-25Mn-6Si-5Cr-0.13Re alloy exhibit an excellent shape recovery of 95 similar to 97%. The 500 similar to 700 degrees C annealing can improve significantly the shape memory performance of Fe-25Mn-6Si-5Cr-Re alloys. But the as-rolled and 800 similar to 900 degrees C annealed specimens have a worse shape recovery. Thermo-mechanical training can also effectively raise the alloy's shape memory performance. The Fe-25Mn-6Si-5Cr-0.13Re alloy exhibit a more striking efficacy of thermo-mechanical training than the Fe-25Mn-6Si-5Cr alloy.
