摘要：
Based on the interval entropy theory, the model of project financing is established to calculate the interval entropy values of alternatives. It can express scientifically the index information and make the decision according to the values. Its advantage is combining multi-objective evaluation of various ways of project financing with their inherent information and the subjective judgment of a policy-maker.
