摘要：

The enterprise clusters upgrading on the global value chains is the survival and development premise. This article utilizes the dynamic ability theory to explain the issues that the enterprise clusters upgrade on the global value chains, we break through the style of either stressing merely the enterprise's endogenous growing factors or emphasizing exogenous growing factors, and establish the dynamical upgrading frame.
