摘要
According to the water resources optimization disposition, this article applies the VC++ visualization program technology and GIS to develop the visualization system of water resources optimizing disposition evaluation program in Dalian. The system realizes the functions of needing water, supplying water forecast, variable fuzzy plan evaluation, data, graphical display and information inquiry. Take the water resources optimization disposition evaluation program in Dalian in 2020 as an example, the variable fuzzy application sets theory and water resources system evaluation theory, the scientific model and method. This system has the characteristics of convenient and rapid computation, good for man-machine interactive contact surface.
