摘要
Bending deformation of existing measuring rod will influence the centring of measuring head and raceway center. Aimed at this problem, a kind of measuring rod device is designed, which used for detecting the diameter of outside rolling path center of slewing bearing. The mechanical structure and the working principle of the measuring rod device are introduced. Added support structure can reduce the measuring rod deformation significantly is obtained based on error analysis and the finite-element method simulation analysis.
