The condenser is the key components of automotive air conditioning. In the development of design process the information from the customers is very important. As a matter of fact, this information is fuzzy. Therefore, the analysis of customer information would be the key of condenser manufacturers to survival in the competitive market. Based on QFD design method for car air conditioning this article provides a new method to analyze customers ' demand. In the traditional QFD matrix, this article divides customer needs into basic needs, expectations demand and excited-requirements and adjusts the degree of importance of customer needs. The company gets more accurate understanding of customer needs, better grasps the relationships with customers, increases customer satisfaction, enhances customers' loyalty so as to achieve the potential customer value, improve service quality, improve margins, reduce costs, expand market share. The final purpose of this project is improving operational capacity and competitiveness of enterprises. This paper takes the Zhejiang A automotive air conditioning Co as an example, and analyzes the application of company quality improvement using QFD.
