Comparative analysis of two different methods for estimation of parameters of the lower ionosphere by tweek - atmospherics was performed. These are so-called the phase and the sonogram methods. The analysis is based on numerical simulations of tweek atmospherics waveforms. The dependency of estimations accuracy of distance to a tweek source and effective ionosphere height were tested against a stochastic noise level. The stochastic error decreases with increasing SNR. The maximum value of the systematic error for SNR = 5dB is of 4% for distance and 1% for height estimations.
