摘要
A fault diagnosis method of hoist gear box bearing based on EMD was proposed in this paper. The author analyzed vibration signal in the greater traction with greater rotating frequency, and improve the accuracy of bearing fault diagnosis. The EMD method is used to deal with the gathered fault signal. We can also further get marginal spectrum of the fault frequency and find the location of the fault according to fault frequency. Finally, the experimental results are present to validate the efficiency of this approach. And the experimental results indicate that this method can eliminate the effect of ambient noise and intermittent shock. Besides, it is able to extract accurately the bearing fault frequency and determine the type of bearing fault. Therefore, this method provides the basis for find the fault of hoist gear box bearing, and make sure the safe operation of the hoisting system.
